I ordered a personalised water bottle for my granddaughters 1st birthday. I ordered the wrong design and letter font. After contacting customer services explaining how I ordered the whole thing incorrectly and asking for the order to be amended. I swiftly heard back and they amended the order to the correct design no questions asked. Such fabulous service from start to finish. They couldn’t be more helpful .
